1. No Third-Party Commercial Tracking Cookies

The Superior Man web portal (superiorman.co) operates without intrusive commercial tracking cookies. We do not utilize Meta Pixel, Google Remarketing, TikTok tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioral tracking scripts.

Website Analytics (Only With Your Consent)

We use PostHog (EU servers) to learn which pages and steps help visitors. Until you choose on the cookie bar, and if you decline, it stores nothing on your device and counts visits with a privacy-preserving hash made on its servers. If you accept, it keeps an identifier in your browser's storage (ph_* cookie and local storage) so return visits are recognised and anonymous recordings of site use are made, with everything you type masked. Your choice is saved as sm_analytics_consent.

2. Strictly Necessary Functional Storage

To provide secure authentication and member features, our web portal uses standard HTML5 web storage:

  • localStorage.getItem('superior_ref_code'): Stores a friend's invite code, so the friend who invited you can be thanked when you buy a pass.
  • sessionStorage: Maintains short-lived security nonces to prevent cross-site request forgery during login.
  • Firebase Auth Client Cache: Retains your cryptographically signed JSON Web Token (JWT) so you stay securely logged in across page reloads.

3. How to Clear or Disable Storage

You can inspect, block, or clear local storage items at any time through your browser's Developer Tools or Privacy & Security Settings (Cookies and Site Data). Disabling functional storage may require you to re-authenticate on each visit.
