Your Right to Permanent Data Erasure
In strict compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, any member may permanently delete their account, authentication credentials, and all stored data without barriers.
Method 1: Instant In-App Self-Service (Recommended)
Open the Superior Man mobile app on your phone:
- Navigate to
Settings(bottom right navigation bar). - Scroll down to the Account actions section at the bottom.
- Tap "Delete my account permanently".
- Confirm the security prompt. Your Firebase Auth identity and all matching Firestore database documents will be immediately purged.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form
If you uninstalled the app or cannot use your phone, enter the e-mail of your account. We open an e-mail to our privacy team with the request filled in; send it from that address. You can also write to [email protected] yourself with the subject "Account deletion request".
What Data Is Permanently Purged?
- Firebase Authentication User Profile (UID, email credentials, session tokens).
- Cloud Firestore User Document (membership dates, streak data, XP points).
- Module and Quiz completion markers.
- Transactional email subscription tags in Loops.
- Note: Passes are one-time payments and never renew, so there is nothing to cancel with Apple or Google. Deleting your account ends any remaining pass time.
